• I’ve had variables not appear in the processor dropdowns when trying to set up Mailchimp processor. Most of the time deleting the variable and creating a new one will solve it, but it’s progressively gotten worse in how often it happens and how to get the plugin to pick up variables that were created. If anyone has any recommendation or has found a solution, please do share!

    THanks.

  • Hi Alston! I came across the very same issue on a different processor (save as post type) and submitted the request to a customer service rep. I will let you know when I hear from him.
Hope they can resolve it soon!

    Hello customfit,
Please do, I never found a solution to it, tried different PHP versions 7.0-7.2, none of it solved the issue for me.

The site I posted about is hosted on WPengine, what host are you using? I’ve wondered if it had something to do with the caching object they use but I haven’t figured it out yet.

I ended up moving back to single page forms to avoid the need to move data with the variables.

Hi Alston! I got a reply from Caldera and they let me know that they opened a development ticket at – https://github.com/CalderaWP/Caldera-Forms/issues/3374 – in order to investigate that issue.
You can follow and comment on the issue during its resolution there.
    Hope it gets resolved!
