Static Page showing with latest post

    Hello!

    I can’t get my comic to show only my static page as the home page.
    Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page > [Selected page]
    and these settings match Settings > Reading > A Static Page is selected.

    I did go into the settings to make it the static page, but the latest comic post still shows with it.

    Anything else I can do here?

    comic -> config .. disable comic and comic blog post from showing on home page options
