Could you please share a screenshot of the non-responsive issue you’re experiencing? Also, is the issue happening on the starter template dashboard/import page or on the live starter template demo itself?
Our starter templates are built using Elementor’s standard responsive system, so we’d like to better understand the specific issue you’re seeing in order to help investigate it further.

I will probably go elsewhere, as I need to get started and this is becoming too difficult and the back and forth for a page not working is and a waste of time.
