I went through the link that you sent us to troubleshoot the issue, but got a “404: Page not found” error. Do you still have that shortcode active on a page on your site?
It could be that the infinite scroll feature is conflicting with something else. Could you check if you have “Infinite Scroll” enabled under Options > Premium? If so, please disable it. Does the issue still exist?

Could you verify that you do not have 2 of the same shortcodes on that web page?
Also, are you using any WordPress Page Builder like Divi or Elementor?

I noticed in your shortcode that one of the double quotes is not the same as the rest. Could you instead try using single quotes and see if it makes a difference?
