Start chat directly?

    Hi,

    It seems that the visitor cannot initiate a chat session directly by clicking the widget button? Instead, it seems clicking the button will load a URL or app. I try to install Whats app widget, then when I click the button, I am redirecting to open Skype?

    Hi, @chcw , thanks for your message.

    Please note that the way Chaty works, it simply redirects to your preferred communication and social channels. For example, if you use the plug-in with WhatsApp, communication will be held in WhatsApp directly. However, it’s not possible for the WhatsApp channel to open Skype. Does that make sense?
