Start Bulk Optimization Not Working

    Hello,

    I purchased the subscription for Converter for Media Pro plugin last night.

    I copied the API key on your website and pasted it in the ‘Access Token’ field and click the ‘Activate Token’ button.

    Next, I tried clicking the ‘Start Bulk Optimization’ button but nothing happened.

    What I’m seeing under the ‘Bulk Optimization of Images’ is…

    List of files that can be optimized: Loading, please wait…

    0% converted to WebP Calculating, please wait…

    0% converted to AVIF Calculating, please wait
    ————–

    The loading and calculating have been going on for hours.

    I tried deactivating all plugins and deactivating/activating the Converter for Media plugin.

    I have WP Version: 6.0.2.

    Hoping someone can explain and tell me how to correct the issue.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
