Yes I have one rating item added and the title of the rating shows up, just not the stars themselves.

My stars disappeared when I upgraded to 3.0.4….
Now downgraded to 2.3.1 I had no problems with 3.0

May need to try clearing the cache. Sounds like a CSS issue.
For the Pro version, can you check there’s no trailing comma for the rating item id’s (e.g. “1,2,3,”) in the rating forms page? If this does not work, please contact me for Pro support danielpowney.com/contact.

Upgraded to pro and the issue remains. I submitted a ticket on your website to continue the discussion, but I can’t figure this out. I don’t have a caching plugin installed and I disabled the cache for the multi-star plugin.
