SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Hi,

I have moved my website to my localhost using FTP. Accessing the website is fine but when I try to login to WordPress backend through localhost/wp-login I get this error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
localhost sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I checked the plugins I have installed and non of them seems to do anything with SSL as far as I’m aware. Here is a list of plugins that currently active:
