SSL issue

Hi,

I have got two wordpress installations on same domain. My blog is installed at https://www.lahoregardening.com and my shop is another wordpress instance installed at https://www.lahoregardening.com/shop. HTTPS is working on both sites and i can see green lock icon on both these addresses in browser. The issue is that when a user enters HTTP (non ssl) address of my shop website pages including home page of shop then they are not redirected to HTTPS version of the shop. I installed various SSL plugins which claim to automatically redirect all HTTP traffic to HTTPS but it is not working. These plugins do detect an SSL certificate but actually perform incorrect redirection. HTTP address of shop is redirected to HTTPS version of blog instead of HTTPS version of shop. Any idea what is wrong?
