Sprite sheet?

It mostly comes down to the fact that we want to support a lot of social networks but that 90% of our userbase only uses 2 or 3 at the most. If you had an image with all 15+ of them you’d be basically loading a giant image of which 80% is not used at all.

Using individual images is also much more flexible and allows users to more easily override (or add) icons and networks with custom code. We are thinking on ways to accommodate both needs though.
