Spreadsheet will not import

    Trying to import new spreadsheet and nothing happens, after I upload the file and “import” it goes to a blank page. I have been using Excel files for years with this plugin and this is the first time I’ve had trouble. I also tried importing as a CSV file and got the same result. Tried uploading to media library and importing from there. Nothing worked. I am updated to latest WordPress and Tablepress versions.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Empty screens after importing usually mean that the server ran into some error. It’s then always good to try getting more information.

    For that, please set the WP_DEBUG constant to true in your site’s “wp-config.php” file, see https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug , or maybe check the server’s error log file (if you don’t have access to that your self, you web host company’s support team should have access).
