    Hello everyone!
I am trying to host a podcast with Podlove.
I already uploaded a teaser episode, but when I try to submit the RSS Feed
to Spotify, it tells me that E-Mail address and Episodes are missing.

    Here’s the Feed:
    https://mathphys.stura.uni-heidelberg.de/w/feed/mp3/

I read that WordPress Caching plugins may be the cause of such problems, but there seem to be no caching related plugins on our instance.

    Hi,

Your feed does not contain any episodes. Make sure that at least one episodes is published.

I can see that you actually published an episode here https://mathphys.stura.uni-heidelberg.de/w/teaser-ein-podcast-deiner-fachschaft/. Curious why that does not appear in the feed. Did you publish this as a “teaser” or “full” episode? Try “full” maybe in case there’s a bug with teaser episodes.

The email warning can probably be ignored and will go away once there are episodes in the feed.

    Hello,

I tried editing the Episode to be a “full” episode, which didn’t work.
I then also tried republishing the episode, but that didn’t work either.
    What else could it be?

    The problem was solved!
Unfortunately, it seems that the Polylang Plugin was preventing the Feed from detecting new Episodes. I will look into it and see if there is any fix to this.
