Sporadic functioning

Greetings!

Have been very pleased with the Equivalent Mobile Redirect plugin.
It has always worked great!

Currently, it sometimes works and often does not.

Have deactivated and reactivated the plugin which seems to help trigger it back to working again for a short time.

Advice and troubleshooting solutions are appreciated.
