Splitting blog in two (categories)

My blog is currently English only, but I want to add a Norwegian part. The plan was to have the main page only show the English posts, and another page with the Norwegian, and then one with both. And also one RSS feed for each (E, N, both).

I was hoping to accomplish this using categories. What is the easiest way? I’m not a php programmer, but can master simple html and editing of templates. Hacks or plugins are appreciated. Hope this can be done 🙂 (oh and I have been reading through a few other similar posts here, without getting anywhere)
