Split front page into 3 catagories

Hi.

I am looking on how to split my 3 catagories i have on my front page so i have 3 sections in the middle with each beiong there own section or catagorie and listing the last few posts.

I dont know if theres a plugin to split your catagories to show each seperate or not do i need a custome plugin or hack.
