Hi There

We are using your Contact7 plugin.

In order to create an SPF record please can you confirm the mail server names/ip addresses so that we can accurately complete the SPF record.

The plugin sends email through WordPress. WordPress sends email through YOUR email server. You should ask your web host for the email server details.

You can create the the record using the spf creator and then test it using mailtester.
