Spesific positions in article

Hi!!!
I make a website for a client with wordpress. The problem with him and me is when we insert from pc or from site, media (photos, videos etc). And he cant understand the fonts, paragraphs etc.

Is any way for article sumbition like this i will describe:

a) Write a title
b) Write a text
c) choose category and tags
AND……………
d)The site 10 buttons for 10 photos sumbition (upload photo1,upload photo2,upload photo3 etc)
e)The site have 2 buttons for video upload or embed
f)Submit article

All this above i like to have in the site but ok and if i dont have, its not a big problem.

BUT I NEED THE FOLLOW

When he submit the article, With any size of fonts, photos, videos etc, the final article have SPESIFIC SIZES AND FONTS
