Speed Improvements

Is elementor considering to improve speed in upcoming updates? I have site with Elementor and I tested Gutenberg vs Elementor speed on PageSpeed, Gtmetrix. Currently, Gutenberg is winning. I love elementor but as google is giving more important to speed, I am confused between which one to chose. I know features are different, but Guten is also adding so many features in their updates. All you have to do is control extra bloating, code loading on pages.
