Spectra & Support

I am Spectra Pro user. I use it regularly though not on full scale. Recently I had some issues and Support was there for me right away. Seriously, they reply very quick and try to help. We solved the problem the next day (time zones differences). For me support place important role in any product. Even excellent product but with lack of human support is no go. I cannot say this about guys from Brainstorm.
