Specify time when using schedule

Hello there,
I love the schedule element for sales price and listing products but would this be possible to set a time when doing this also?
For example, at the moment, it runs from midnight to midnight, would it be possible to run a sale from 7am until 9pm or get a product to launch on a day at 10am?
I appreciate all your help in advance.

Not by default, don’t have something to expiry the product by default, but you can try this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/product-expiry-date?replies=12
or get a product to launch on a day at 10am?
