Special Days Will Not Display

    We have the following settings for Appointments

    Generate time slots automatically based on service duration – YES
    Make user choose service before display times – YES

    Open hours default is set to Wednesday from 08:30 to 13:45
    Open Hours Special is set to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00

    So the form shows Wednesday and Friday as highlighted but when the service is selected the Friday booking dates are unavailable. I have tried different ways but cannot get the Friday dates to display and available for selection.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    please make sure that you don’t have any Events created for Friday. Also, if the issue persists, please reach out to us on our support platform so that we can assist further.
