Spanish Characters missing ¿?

    Hi,

    Ive got a VPS with several sites, all have CF7 installed and all work fine.

    Only on one site I have the following problem:

    – Spanish characters are not been sent. áéíóú for example.

    Ive got in touch with the Theme author and they say its not a theme problem.

    WP: Versión 4.9.5
    Contact Form 7: 5.0.1
