    @latamisrael,

    If you have the *.mo file already you can place it in the default languages folder (usually at wp-content/languages) or you can place it in the plugin folder (usually wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/).

    You can send emails for a specified sender address provided the email is assigned to a curet administrator level user on your site and then that account is chosen to be the sender in the plugin settings.
