Span identified after site audit

We are rebuilding our website, currently shut for the rebuilding, and as part of that we ran an audit of our user database, and discovered some 80 subscribers that look like spam. I would like to share the spreadsheet with you so that you can help us. But for reasons of confidentiality I do not want to do so on an open list. Can you provide a secure alternative?
