If there are on different IPs, there is nothing much you can do.

Yes, on default, but this is only for one rating on one post. They give one star to different posts in a minute.
I got a theme like this click here and you see there the rating stars. They click on many posts (without to open it) on one star.
That’s why i mean, to make only one vote per minute (or something like that) to stop them.
i got the plugin “simple ip ban” to block this guys, but it sucks to fix every day the spam votings and the “banned ip list” is growing and growing and growing…. 🙁
I see, unfortunately you can’t do that with the plugin. It is per post basis rather than the whole site.
