Spam vendors

Hi, I’m using Dokan lite and I noticed in the past 9 days there are plenty vendor has been created automatically in the website I’ve updated the plugins and changed the admin password but the problem is not fixed. you can see the vendors in the following link can someone tell me what is the problem?
