i update plugin Ultimate Member and Ultimate Member – Recaptcha to lastest version

Recaptcha V3 show icon on Register Page but
Why i get spam register (*.ru)

or Recaptcha v3 not working

Please try this pre-release version of UM ReCaptcha plugin:

Ok, now I’m trying the pre-release version of UM ReCaptcha.
