Spam problem

Hi, since several months if wp mail smtp plugin is activated and configured with a valid smtp credentials I receive a lot of spam

I read in this forum and found other user with same problem but no solution

My webmaster enabled recaptcha but problem still occurs (also askimet is activated)

I don’t get how it’s possible if my contact form is like below (Name, email, message, privacy policy and recaptcha )

I forgot to say that I see in visitor log of my website that spammers (bot) visited my contact page before sending spam so I’m pretty sure that there is a bug or something wrong with my config and spam is sent through that page

And I repeat That I don’t get how it’s possible if my contact form field are
Name, email, message, privacy policy and recaptcha

I get email with

Only name and email fields

i checked last two spam email and the spammers arrived directyl to my italian version of contact page:

Obviously the spam message (https://postlmg.cc/tZwNJS4r) has nothing to do with any of the contact forms. It is likely to be sent from out of the site.
