SPAM messages keeps getting through

    Hello,

    The client reported that during the past month, they are getting a lot of spam emails.
    For example, email with “Name = jskfgas” or “Email = 23qwrg2@gmail.com“and its not being blocked.
    The website is built using WordPress and your plugin is up to date.

    Hello @theguyil

    We didn’t find any requests with this email in your website’s Anti-Spam logs. This suggests that our plugin may not have intercepted the request for some reason.

    Could you please let us know which web form this submission came from? We’d like to take a closer look and run some tests.

    I have tested the web from, it is protected, you can see my test requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Could you please check if you received my tests as allowed web form submission?

    Also, could you please contact us via our private ticket system and provide us with screenshots of one or two of such spam emails that you have received recently?
