    We have carried out an e-mail marketing campaign, so that users arrive to this web page and in case they want to be contacted they must fill in the form in the footer.

    I think we have lost more than 200 Leads because this plugin has blocked the form submission.

    I have tested from different browsers, different IP’s, in normal mode and incognito mode and all requests have been rejected.

    Hi! Enable “Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX)” in the Anti-spam settings. If it doesn’t help, it means WP Cerber’s anti-spam is not compatible with your form plugin.
