    Hi,
I’m using CleanTalk as a paid member.
It seems to be blocking lots of spam comments but there are still some that pass through.
Most comments that pass through, have keywords like “porn” “sex” “erotic” etc in them – so it’s more than obvious they are spam. So why aren’t they being blocked?
    How can I resolve?

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made wrong decision:
Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week ] —> there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> mark records using these buttons.

For each mark you get 1 bonus day to your subscription and we update our database and get feedback for analysis.

After you mark some records, tell us the name of your website. We will check everything and fix the issue as soon as possible.

    Sorry for the inconveniences.

    Best regards.

Yes, I did that before but kept receiving spam comments. The fact is that those spam comments I’m receiving do not have any IP showing.
    The site is stieglarsson.com

Thank you. We see your marked records and have started to analyze them.

    Meanwhile, please, enhance the protection:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> enable “SpamFireWall” —> Save Changes.

We will contact you when we tune our spam filters.

    Please, wait.
