Spam code throughout my posts

Hi there,
I’ve recently noticed that in many of my WordPress site’s pages, there’s a lot of spam code that’s somehow found its way amongst my content.
Could anyone shed some light on how this has happened, how I can reverse it and moving forward, how I might prevent it?
The site is http://www.rapnews.co.uk and an example of an affected page is http://rapnews.co.uk/?p=1170 where there are lots of gaps of invisible content that’s clickable.

Unfortunately a plugin cannot resolve a hacked installation for you. Plugins are stupid, you need a human to tell you whether code is malicious. It also sounds like the plugin only removes the symptom of the hack, which is a common misunderstanding of resolving a compromised installation. This will only make it appear as though you aren’t hacked, while leaving a backdoor open so that the hacker can waltz back in.
If you’re not technical I would advise hiring a reputable organisation to resolve this for you.
