Spam attack

Spam is always a problem, but the other day a customer purchased something from our site and we are having a real issue.

She couldn’t get the purchase to complete so she phoned us up and we took her details manually and processed it while she was on the phone,

She is now receiving spam from our WordPress site.

How can I stop her receiving this?
