Received yesterday and mostly today about 60 spam messages.
What to do about it?

Standard response:

Install and activate Akismet or Spam Karma 2. Then install and activate Bad Behavior.

Okay I also had that problem last time I’m receiving 200+ spams for only 1 day or 2. Even though I have this Akismet sometimes it appears a comment.
