Space above and below Main Navigation

I’ve taken my site off maintenance mode for this post. It’s very not ready so please dont judge lol

I have 2 sides to my site. A shop where I sell designs and then a lifestyle side. I’m playing around with the navigation and have now split the two sides into 2 different bars on different rows. The top bar has some padding on it and I can’t find it anywhere. As far as I can see it is setup the same as the bar below.

I can make the navigation padding smaller using the “Items Top and Bottom Padding” which vertically shrinks the navigation but the space shown with the red arrow remains the same. Where can I change this padding?
