It gives me the same thing. Sometimes it helps for example earlier embedded gallery to delete and re-crank, then it sometimes works.
This plugin is broken merch lately, especially the last two versions. I’ve got over 7000 images on the Web, I would if it went.

@ninasaether – This is something that has cropped up in our new generated shortcode when it is created from an older <img> tag placeholder version of an inserted display.
When the old <img> tag placeholder type of display is saved in the current versions of NextGEN Gallery it will be converted to our generated shortcode. The issue with not being able to adjust these displays (and one we are looking into) is the ID parameter that is added for backward compatibility. If you remove that parameter (look via the text tab of the TinyMCE editor), update the page, then go back to edit the display under the new generated shortcode placeholder (make sure to switch back to the visual tab of the TinyMCE editor) you changes should be kept going forward.
Thanks!

I am having a problem with sort order of new images added to an existing gallery. Any new images I add, after sorting and saving, the added images always fall to the bottom. On the admin side, they show in order, but not on the website.
I have added to multiple other galleries with no problem in the sort order, just this one gallery. This gallery does have over 130 images in it whereas the others all have under 60 and less. I did not set up these galleries, just taking over. New to WP and wondering if there is a setting that is making the added images stay at the bottom? I’ve even tried adding a second dup image. I have access to all the images.
@leftyartist – Please start your own topic so we can try to help you with your specific issue on your specific site.
