Sorting Function

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, this is possible, but only if the dates are the only content in the cells. Otherwise, the sorting script simply doesn’t recognize the format.

In your table, the best solution should be to add an extra column that contains just the dates (preferably even in the mm/dd/yyyy format), but that is then hidden.

you can sort by all columns. The default data type is string (i.e. text).
