The newest reviews should be displayed first. To help us check why the order is different on your site, please share a link to the page where the widget is displayed.
In order to assist you, we will also need the Troubleshooting text. You can find this in the plugin’s Advanced tab under the Troubleshooting box. Click “Copy to clipboard” to copy the details. Please insert the copied text into Pastebin and share the generated URL.

Forcing it to download the reviews again sorted the order, but there was definitely an issue with it ordering them backwards!
Also, you shouldn’t tell people to share that info publicly, it contains all sorts of stuff which might lead to issues!
