Sooo many broken links …

    I just moved my wordpress.com site to BlueHost yesterday. Everything on the site looks good. However, any links to the site (from my FB page or Google or presumably ANYWHERE else) from before he transfer do not work, and end in a 404 error. I have been online with BlueHost with ZERO success … any suggestions?

    Can you log into your admin dashboard?

    If you can, go to Settings – General and check if the WordPress Address and Site Address are set correctly.

    If that’s not it, please give us a link to your site so we might be able to help you better.

    I’m VERY new at this so please bear with me. :/

    I am logged in. Should the WordPress Address and the Site Address be the same? They currently are not.

    I assume one of those is set to http://69.195.124.225/~backonla. You should set both of them to http://www.backonland.com

    Is this the correct address for your site (and this is what is was before the move)?

    Can you give some examples of links that are wrong and lead to a 404? I can’t find any on your site directly.

    Your site is up and running, so I wouldn’t call that ZERO. 😉
