Something wrong with my archive.php…I think

I was trying to make some changes to remove the Published Date of my posts. In doing so, I seem to have changed how the archive page diplays. I wish I could upload a pic of what it looks like…but I’ll try to describe. You can see at the top left of the screen a little clock shows up (the clock that appears in front of the published date, etc) which moves the header over to the right.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I tried replacing the theme’s files with the originals…but nothing has changed.
