    Hi there. The problems connecting my website to Facebook on version 2.0 is still occurring with the latest update. I have tried de-activating, deleting and re-installing the plugin but the problem remains the same. I have the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce installed.

    Please assist.

    Our team has been working closely with the Facebook team as we provide them with more information to continue resolving the reconnection issues a number of our merchants have encountered. In order to further investigate, would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error you’ve encountered with your next response? This would help me get a better understanding of the case and try to point you to any possible solutions.
