Something always goes wrong, the development is slow,

I’ve given up—that’s it. Something always goes wrong, plus the development is incredibly slow and buggy, and the promises are unreliable.
I’ve been struggling for a year and a half, hoping this will amount to something, but aside from the WordPress Influencer hype and promises, we’re still at the beta stage after nearly two years.
Don’t believe me? Check out the AI-generated changelog, where they explain nothing at great length, selling this junk as if it were something special 😀
Practically every update screws something up. Layout, settings, etc. Right now, for example, in the SureMembers Access group (Exclude Pages / Posts / Taxonomies, etc.), I’m trying to exclude one SureDash page, but the search function isn’t working properly—nothing from SureDash even shows up.
But that’s just one example—there’s ALWAYS something wrong, it’s shoddy, it doesn’t work, and instead of building a community, I constantly have to write to the one-person support team. I actually think the whole “development team” might consist of just one person messing around with AI.
I can guarantee they don’t properly test what they’re releasing before a plugin update goes live. Building a community around something like this is suicide. I’ve put up with it for a year and a half—enough is enough.I’ve been struggling with this whole thing for quite some time, while constantly keeping track of what they’re doing with, say, FluentCommunity—and the difference between the two is like night and day. Obviously, there are bugs there too, but they have a NORMAL community—they report the error immediately and fix it within a few hours.
In contrast, the Sure Facebook group is censored; it takes weeks for them to approve or reject posts.
I could go on at length, but there’s no point.
