That error appears when the plugin is in a folder with a different than the default name.
Can you login to your server and check that the plugin name is all-in-one-wp-migration?
If it is not, you must rename it and then login to wp-admin and reactivate the plugin.

Same issue, 2 widgets missing as well as my copyright text and admin bar when previewing, but they appear in the appearance -> widgets backend section.

Hi guys.
To all having the same problem, I found this “Widget Importer & Exporter” plugin that will take away the annoyance of configuring again the missing widgets after migration. It sometimes makes a mess, but at least you don’t have to start from scratch.
