  • Hi @dazsmodels

I understand how confusing it can be to see missing thumbnails after a migration, especially when the full images appear fine on the product page itself. Let’s get this sorted!

When thumbnails appear missing after a site move, it’s often related to one of the following:

    1. Image paths or URLs not fully updated Sometimes the thumbnail links still point to the old domain or directory. You can try running a tool like Better Search Replace to ensure all image URLs are updated to match your new setup.
    2. Missing resized image versions WooCommerce creates multiple versions of each image (like thumbnails) when images are uploaded. If those weren’t migrated or regenerated correctly, they might not display. To fix this:
    1. Theme or cache conflict Sometimes the theme or a caching layer (including CDN) can cause thumbnail display issues. Try clearing your site and browser cache, or switch to the Storefront theme briefly to test.

If the issue persists after trying those steps, feel free to share your System Status Report via https://pastebin.com so we can take a closer look.

Let us know how it goes!
