Some questions…

I just installed the free version to try first. I have some questions about it.

1. Can i only send it as a digital version? Or is it also possible to send an actual gift card? Because i can’t fill in the shippingcosts and i can’t see the code that is send to my customer. Where can i find it?

2. Can i change the lay out of the email in some way?
