Some presale questions

    Hi
    yesterday i bought a 30.000 package to test you service for a customer and it worked quite well.
    I consider to use it for some other customers and our own websites as well but before i like to ask some questions.

    1: Using your service (anyway if solo or as an API) is GDPR-compliant for the person using your service?
    -1.1: If not – do you offer a data-processing-agreement-contract?

    2: What happens with the optimized images after a month? Do they have a “expiry date” or will they stay on the server as long until i decide to run another optimization?

    3: Where are the originals stored?

    4: Can i deactivate the plugin after i did the optimization and will the images still be there or do i have to keep the plugin activated?
    Since every active plugin slows down a website a bit i´d like to have it active only when i need it and deactivate in inbetween.

    So far for the moment

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
