    Hi,

I have many WP sites hosted on Hostgator, but I recently set up some blogs on a new host and the plugins aren’t working completely right. To elaborate: the plugins install and activate just fine, but plugins that require data to be typed in the fields, radio buttons, etc. don’t update. Specifically: I installed platinum SEO and several other plugins that require data to be entered in different fields and upon clicking update the fields don’t change and just stay at the default settings.

    Any assistance would be helpful!

You may have to completely uninstall the “defective” plugins. To do this, check the plugin and choose “Delete” from the pull-down menu. Then reinstall the plugin.

I cannot access my site because of the following error – I have deleted the files from my godaddy hosting but site still not available
Do you know if I have corrupted my site completely?

You’ll need to access your /wp-content/plugins/ directory via FTP or your hosting provider’s file manager and rename the /wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ directory. This will force the plugin to be deactivated and all should be well.
