Some issues with string translation

Hello.

There are some issues with the translation of the strings. Here are a few examples:

1. This string is not available for translation on translate.wordpress.org

2. The dashboard calendar is displayed only in English.

3. These strings are hard-coded in file /assets/build/backend.js
