It is no interest for us that our customers to have a bad experience with the plugin or with the support.
We normally respond to tickets as quickly and concisely as possible.
Unfortunately, lately we have been very crowded and we have not been able to respond to everyone as quickly as we would have liked.

I replied to your ticket last week with a fix and from what I can tell after visiting the website the problem is fixed. Can you confirm or let me know if you need help with anything else?

Hi Denis,
We’ve deleted the plugin as the fixes didn’t work and the support wasn’t explicit enough. Also we miss some features in the plugin and it slowed down our shop. So we went with another plugin.
