    1. add themes/publisher-child/assets/js/ to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list
    2. untick “minify excluded CSS/ JS”

    and you should be good to go 🙂

    in that case (if you have the correct exclusion and if “minify exluded” is off) I suspect a plugin conflict prathimeshbpd, maybe try disabling (and re-enabling) plugins one at a time to try to identify the culprit?
